Site plan was for a small restaurant. No the operation is listed as a lounge. Customers hang out until 4 AM Friday and Saturdays and 2 AM on Sundays. People are using the alley to relive themselves. Employees use the trash containers (350s) for the resident's when the business trash bin is full or locked shut. Trash has also been left in the alley.
