Unsecured home. Fence knocked down in the back yard. Front door missing. There is a screen door, but the door is repeatably unlocked. Windows are not locked. Windows are in place, but someone keeps opening them. Sliding glass doors in the back of the house are not locked. Access into home easy from the back. TPD has been called out the site numerous times and removed transients. Overgrown weeds in the front yard. Trash and debris accumulating in the back yard. House has been vacant for well over a year. A bank my have possession of the title.
