There is a JMV (red sedan) at 2233 N. Columbus. The car has been there, immovable, for over 3 months. The whole back window is smashed, and is broken. The car used to have a piece of translucent plastic over it, which has now disintegrated in the wind and sun. It is parked in the easement at the front of the property.
