Someone dumped a hulk of a camaro iN the alley. Looks like it sits on a jack. Not sure who did this but would like City to removed this car part. ES crew says code eforcement must address this issue. NOTE: this was called in under 6917 E Douglas, but vehicle is at 6910 E Rutgers and was changed.
