Description:

The second week of March tenant noticed carpeting in her bedroom was wet. Two days later she found the spot drenched with water in a large area in front of the door, leaving her unable to enter the bedroom. So far, it is the only room affected. Tenant has not received any response to this report from her landlord or maintenance person. Please see copy of the email message in the case file.
