Metal fence around the pool has a missing metal piece in the fence. Fence missing piece since the weekend. Caution tape in place where metal bar should be. Space is still large enough for a child to get into the pool area. Caller is concerned as there are numerous kids that live in the complex. One child almost fell in the pool yesterday.
