I and an Inspector from TFD attended a scheduled inspection at the property on 02-17-09 @ 09:30 to meet with the person with whom the property is leased. It was determined the person was operating a business which is not permitted in the R1 Zone where the property is located. The person agreed to relocate to a Zone where the business is permitted. I will remain in contact to ensure all matters are concluded in a reasonable time frame. Case closed. PLEASE, NO FURTHER CASES WITHOUT COMPLAINANT SPEAKING DIRECTLY WITH THE AREA INSPECTOR.
