Trash in the yard. Trash thrown in neighbor's yards, and in the street. Junk all over the place. Reports dog feces in the back yard, being thrown over the fence into the alley ,and into neighbor's yards. Overflowing trash cans. Wet garbage/green waste put in the recycle can. (Reported to ES on 1/28/09) Furniture on the porch, bikes, mops, toys, etc. All items stored out in the open/front of property. Cars parked in the carport that rarely move.
