ADDRESSES 4115 AND 4107 ARE THE SAME PARCEL AND SAME PARCEL AND - The rear 2/3 of building had no roof in 2006, now it has new roof and new facade, all without permits. The parking lots on both parcels have been developed without any site plan or permits. (4107 S. 6th Avenue) 2nd complaint received on 06/03/2009: Owner has people living inside the unit. Structural work inside the business has recently occured that has seperated space into small apts. Caller said witchcraft is occuring in the back yard with animals being killed at night. Poor health/food standards. Caller claims she calls TPD every night. Caller provided phone number for Pima County Health Dept for sanitation issues with food and smoking inside the business. 3rd compliant received 06/09/09: A-Frame signs block the sidewalk.
