12/11/2008 INSP - FULL JLONGO Approved Upon inspection there was no indication of a significant grease fire of any kind. The owner stated that the caller may have witnessed a simple flare up from one of the stoves. after my observation I felt that the building was over due for a full fire inspection and completed one on the same day. Any further information will be under the FPI report.
