11/25/2008 INSP - LIFE SAFETY JLONGO Approved A one Mr. Hal Harrison called to make a complaint that the following Mobile Home park had access issues. Mr Harrison was very upset and stated that an Ambulance had trouble with access as there were vehicals parked on both sides of the road. Thus delaying emergency response time. He also stated that the park managment has sent out fliers telling the tenates not to park on the sides of the road. Upon my inspection there were no cars or any other vehicals parked on either side of the street. the streets were wide (28') and appeared to have no access problems. the only issues I noted was that there were a few short dead-end turn arounds, where the emergency vehicals may have to be backed out, but gaining access will not be hindered. This is an residental area and a HOA issue, as the 15 feet for fire access is up to code. Mr. Harrison is aware of my finding and has stated that he doesn't agree with my findings. He also stated that he will continue on with his complaint in other areas. But it is my belief that this area presents not real access issues.
