IF CORRECTIONS HAVE BEEN DONE PLEASE SEND A COPY OF THE CORRECTION MANIFEST 1) ALL CONTROL VALVES SHALL HAVE SIGNAGE 2) REPLACE THE MISSING CAP ON THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CONNECTION 3) SUITE 3940 - IF THE SPRINKLER HEAD IS RUSTING, IT SHALL BE CHANGED OUT. 4) THE CORRECT WRENCH FOR THE CENTRAL STYLE SPRINKLERS SHALL BE PROVIDED 5) THE SPARE HEAD BOX NEEDS A CENTRAL MODEL-A 1/2 INCH STANDARD PENDANT HEAD 6) SUITE 3942 - A PAIR OF SPRINKLERS ARE ONLY 2 FEET APART. 6 FEET IS THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT 7) SUITE 3940 - A WALL WAS CONSTRUCTED BY THE BACKROOM INTERIOR DOOR, A SPRINKLER HEAD IS REQUIRED TO BE ADDED 8) SUITE 3942 - THERE IS A MIXTURE OF 212 AND 165 DEGREE SPRINKLER HEADS. ALL HEADS SHALL BE OF THE REQUIRED DEGREE 9) THE SUPPLY GUAGE AT THE SPEINKLER RISER IS INOPERABLE. REPLACE OR RECALIBERATE 10) THE ALARM DRAIN AND MAIN DRAIN SHALL BE REPAIRED SO THAT THE ALARM LINE CAN BE FEFT IN THE CORRECT POSITION |
