She also stated that the party at this address owns a pool business and Vicious Cycles ( a cycle shop on Speedway). She and the neighbors are concerned about oily rags near the hot water heater, Flammable liquids containers and Chlorine containers seen near the hot water heater. The party closed their garage last week and have not opened it since. I tried to gain access three times by knocking ringing and announcing fire department. There are two vehicles in the driveway in front of the garage and a motorcyle. There was also an additional car parked on the street in front of the residence. There was an open window with air blowing from the screen just to the right of the door. The complaintant stated that she saw them just before I arrived and that they are home. No person would answer the door when I announced myself and knocked. This has been referred over to DNR for the complaint of the businesses being run out of the garage. I could not visualize any hazards without access to the home and garage. |
