08/21/2008 INSP - FULL JLONGO Correction Required Made contact with managment. After inspecting the hood system it showed that the salamander had some coverage. I was informed that the unit is no longer being used, but due to the heavy build up of grease I told the manager that it should be removed. I will follow up with a FPI next week and I will also ensure that the salamander is removed before the FPI report is closed. Complaint closed.
