08/11/2008 INSP - FULL RHEATH Approved I visited the school at ending bell to observe the children leaving the school grounds. Martin Ave is congested with parents and their vehicles, and a few late arriving buses; however, this is not a fire vehicle accessability issue as there are other areas where vehicles can access the school. The Station 20 crews are aware of the construction and will make response adjustments depentant on the time of the day.
08/11/2008 INSP - FULL RHEATH Approved I visited with Principal Galaz who explained the construction work and timeline. I will be at the school today to observe the activity of collecting children on the east side (Martin St) of the school.
