08/21/2008 VIOL - FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS BCORRALE Correction Required Inspected system on 8/19. Appliance sticks out slightly, not completely covered by suppression system. RI in 2 weeks to correct coverage. 901.4 Installation. Fire protection systems shall be maintained in accordance with the original installation standards for that system. Required systems shall be extended, altered, or augmented as necessary to maintain and continue protection whenever the building is altered, remodeled or added to. Alterations to fire protection systems shall be done in accordance with applicable standards. -ensure total and proper coverage of appliances under hood.
08/27/2008 INSP - FULL BCORRALE Continued Spoke with Rosa, a rep from Viva burrito, they will bid out the job to extend hood system immediately. Will check on progress during re-inspection, approx. 9/10.
