07/08/2008 INSP - LIFE SAFETY BCOBB Approved Series of false alarms from this address; Notification was given as to the seriousness of false alarms. Citations may be issued if they continue. Management was very cooperative. Found error in programming of alarm system - now sending correct signal as to fire or EMS type alarm; also Central alarm had an outdated RP list to contact prior to contacting 911; This has been updated by management to Central Alarm; No reported false alarms since 6/3/2008. Any further problem may be because of a hard-wire problem requiring the system to be re-wired. However the above work seems to have fixed the problem. Case closed.
