Spoke with owner who states that car used to leak transmission fluid but that he fixed it. Issued an inspection report stating: TFC REFERENCE 2703.3 idicates that combustible materials shall not be released into the street. ___Currently transmission fluid has been/is leaking onto the street in front of this property. ___You are hereby ordered to abate this condition. Material shall be properly disposed of. Will return 6/26
