05/12/2008 INSP - NIGHT JLONGO Correction Required Night Inspection performed at 2230. Occupancy count was estimated around 25. Violations noticed were... Slid bolts and a drop bar were in place on a required egress door at the time of inspection. Another required exit was decomissioned without permits as the door and it's exit sign where painted over with black paint. A follow up fire inspection will be recommended to team 2.
