THE HANDICAP VANS WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE THE RAMP DOWN WHILE MOVING THE WHEEL CHAIR PATIENTS INTO OR OUT OF THE FACILITY. THERE IS APMLE PARKING UP OR DOWN THE STREET FOR EMERGENCY CREWS. I SEE NO OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR LOADING OR UNLOADING PATIENTS.
