03/10/2008 INSP - REINSPECTION JLONGO Approved The on call inspector (Nagor) informed me that Pollo Feliz were given one week to clean up the site area, remove old coals, and provide new method of disposal. The site was re-inspected on 3/7/08. All remianing coal had been cleaned up, and the Manager Ramone showed proof of new disposa; methods. A metal trash can will be used to soak and cool he coals before they are disposed of. The empty lot has also been cleaned up, and will have to be maintained.
