Description:

Closet and bedroom doors do not hang on door frame. Doors fall to the ground. Owner advised tenant to take doors down and replace with a sheet. Bathroom tub does not hold water. Sewage backs up inside unit. Last time occurred a few months ago. Screen from front door removed by owner and never replaced. No screens on windows. Toilet runs constantly. Tenant worried about her water bill. Fireplace not operable. Damper is broken and has never been fixed. Caller made an initial complaint at the beginning of December. Waited to file official complaint once she knew she was not being evicted and her rent had been accepted by the owner.
