Description:

Large vacant lot. The site has been for sale for months (caller thinks that site was bought to build apts, but deal feel through due to zoning.) Lots of overgrown weeds, trash and debris. Vefetation has been trimmed back by the residents as growth has invaded the sidewalks. Caller has been in touch with TPD about the idrug activity at this site. Caller has also been talking with TEP to get approval for a street light to be installed at the lot to keep the activiity down at night. The caller is working with her council office on the lighting issue.
