11/17/2008 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved I was called to this address by TPD for an inspection of a residential building which was struck by an automobile. The vehicle was a small/midsize SUV and it struck the building at a window openeing. There was significant damage to the building however the building did remain structrually sound. A post shoring column was installed under the window ledger and the window opening was temporarily secured with 3/4" plywood. House is a rental property and the property owner was notified, however did not respond to the scene at the time of the incident. Case will be forwarded to area Inspector for follow up.
