Contacted owner, James Kesicki, and he stated a former tenant had been under contract to purchase the property and defaulted. Mr. Kesicki stated he would remove the mobile and clean up the property howevre there some legal issues that must be resolved prior. He indicated it would most likely be the end of the year of the begining of next year. Follow up Jan. 09.
01/14/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE DCOX Approved Inspection today revealed the mobile was being removed adn the property cleaned up. There were workers at the site and clean up was in process. Case closed.
