09/30/2008 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT JVALDEZ Approved MADE CONTACT WITH TENANT THERE IS A BLOCKAGE IN THE MAIN SEWER LINE, PLUMBER WAS ON SITE ON TUESDAY HE DID SNAKE THE DWELLING, THE BLOCKAGE IS FURTHER DOWN THE MAIN SEWER LINE WHICH WOULD REQUIRE THE LARGER SNAKE. THE PLUMBER STATED THAT DUE TO THE VEGETATION OVERGROWTH NEXT TO THE CLEAN OUT HE COULD NOT COMPLETE THE JOB UNTIL THE WEEDS HAVE BEEN CUT. I CONTACTED THE OWNER THIS MORNING AND ADVISE HIM I WILL ISSUE A N.O.V. WITH 24 HOURS TO COMPLY TO REMOVE THE BLOCKAGE AND I WOULD REQUIRE A LICENSE CONTRACTOR TO DO THIS JOB. I ALSO REQUESTED A COPY OF THE INVOICE UPON COMPLECTION OF THE JOB. REINSPECTION WOULD BE AT 10:00 AM ON THURSDAY MORNING.
10/02/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE JVALDEZ Approved AIR CO PLUMBER REMOVED BLOCKAGE.
