Trash and debris in back yard. Back yard can be seen from the street. Chain link fence is missing slats. There are items in the back yard holding rain water and promoting mosquito development. There is also a report of numerous feral cats living in the backyard. (This will be reported to Pima County Animal Control.) There may be an illegal addition onto the property as well. Caller sites public nuisance ordinance violations occurring as well. Possible health issues with the number of feral cats, standing water, and trash/debris build up all stemming from the back yard. Courtesy postcards mailed to owner and resident on 9/29/08.
