Illegal hand bill postings. New fliers are back. Placement is coming further into the Rincon Heights neighborhood. This has happened before, as this is an ongoing problem with The Hut. There are now flyers stapled to poles on Santa Rita and Fremont Avenues, south of 6th St. to 9th St. There are scattered others, but this is where the concentration of fliers are.
