RILEY IS THE ACTING OWNER FOR HER MOTHER, WHO OWNS THE PROPERTY. THE MOTHER IS LIVING IN A CARE FACILITY AND THE GRANDSON NOW LIVES AT LOCATION. MRS. RILEY LIVES ACROSS THE STREET AT 4236 E SENECA. TPD AT SCENE WAS OFFICER DE LA OSSA. PILLAR AT 2051 N COLUMBUS WAS SLIGHTLY DAMAGED AND NOT AN IMMEDIATE DANGER; SOME REPAIR WILL BE NECESSARY. PILLAR AT 4243 IS SEVERELY DAMAGED WITH THE ENTIRE PILLAR MOVED 6"+ TO WEST, WITH CLEAN BREAK IN MIDDLE OF PILLAR, CAUSING TWO SECTIONS TO BEND IN MIDDLE. THE PILLAR HAS NOT FALLEN, BUT NEEDS IMMEDIATE SUPPORTIVE MEASURES TO ENSURE IT WON'T. SPIGOT IN THE YARD WAS BENT AND REQUIRES REMOVAL AND CAPPING OFF OR REPLACEMENT BEFORE WATER CAN BE TURNED ON AGAIN. MRS. RILEY WAS GIVEN THE INDEMIFICATION AND NOV TO REPAIR. PILLAR WILL BE GIVEN SUPPORTS TODAY AND SPIGOT WILL BE REPAIRED TO ENSURE WATER SERVICE WITHIN 24 HOURS. OWNER OF 2051 N COLUMBUS KELLY PRICE WAS ALSO GIVEN INDEMIFCATION AND NOV. VAN WAS TOWED AWAY.
