Description:

Unit caught on fire. TFD was out to site and put out fire (date not known of fire). Unit is rotting in place. Mold growing inside and out. Not secured, people enter the unit for short periods of time (possible drug deals - told caller to contact TPD when this is seen). No one living there, just random activity since the mobile home is not secured or fenced. Unit has had postings on it stating it has been condemned. No one has made any progress to move the mobile home out of the park. (Tony said that the owner of the park is responsible for removing the mobil home.)
