Description:

Leak from the roof that drips into the house. Damage on the ceiling from the inside. Tenant has informed landlord (over a week ago) and nothing has been done. The tenant is worried that the leak could cause part of the ceiling to come down. There is a taped section on the roof that has water inside it. The leak has continued to get worse. Tenant is pregnant. Mold is starting to grow on the ceiling and walls. (Gave tenant the EPA phone number told her inspector can not site on mold issues)
