Description:

Illegal dumping in back alley. Not the owner's used and wood and boxes of paper. Wood showed up first in the alley two weeks ago. Owner spoke with Streets, who told him to contact DNR after a long wait. Now there are boex os paper in the alley with loose paper inside. Paper is begin to blow around the alley and arroyo. The owner does not know who is dumping items. Pile contiues to grow.
