Problay built 40 years ago, actual had a roof metal panel blown off and this was what neighbor to the south was complaining about. Spoke with landscape maintenance onsite who mentioned he would remove and re-attach the piece. There was also a complaint about the tree on the SE corner of the property. Landcape maintenance contact mentioned that the owner would need tp be contacted about this issue. Spoke with owner, OK to have tree trimmed. Went back to site and showed what part of the tree needed to be trimmed. Violation abated on site, close case.
