The cooler has been leaking for about two weeks. There is now algae growing everywhere from the water and there is an infestation of mosquitos. The neighbor who called is afraid of the mosquitos. This has been reported to the landlord, Dan Fleming who does not live here. The landlord to date has not done anything to remedy the situation.
