06/25/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE RSALDATE Approved Rick S., conducted follow up inspection for Inspector Vidal due to his extended leave. Met with co-owner to discuss their violations and large number of signs found along front of property and ramada also on front property. Checked permits plus once back in ofc and found no permits as per owner's statements and discussed with Dave J. who confirmed permits not pulled and required. See Conditions re phone contact. Next action: will contact owner to see if they found mentioned paperwork that allegedly shows compliance, if none then will have Inspector give 15-day extension then go to citation.
