MAINTENANCE WILL HAVE A LETTER DRAWN UP TO INCLUDE DATES OF INSPECTIONS, MAINTENANCE AND PEST CONTROL. THIS IS THE 5TH CALL TAKEN ON THIS ASSISTED LIVING COMPLEX AND IT IS VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF BY THE MAINTENANCE STAFF AND THEY AGRESSIVELY ABATE ALL ISSUES. UNITS VERY CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT. DNR MUST REVIEW CALLS OR CALL JESUS MORA 624-0551 X109. NO VIOLATIONS HAVE EVEN BEEN FOUND AT THS UNIT. MR RICHARDSON CONTINUES TO CALL.
