Unit 8 resident is having ceiling problems. Apartment above his unit had a water heater burst on Wednesday, July 23. Water leaked through to Unit 8's ceiling. Ceiling is now droping badly. Resident is worried the ceiling between his kitchen/dining room is going to fall in. All items from the kitchen/dining room have been moved into the living room. Resident can be reached by the inspector to gain access to the apartment.
