Details: We recently had one of our bedrooms flooded by a sewege pipe incorrectly installed by the land lord. It has caused us a great deal of suffering (lack of sleep and our place looks like hell) They promtly came by to fix it and then stated it would take 48 hours to complete repairs and have the room livable again. When we asked about a hotel they said look to your renters ins. The rental office does not believe they are neglegent. They came by today ripped open our wall closed the up the pipe. The sheetrocked over the pipe while the wood studs were wet. My husband and I are wondering about the inspection process, and the correct way to handle this issue.____Thank-you.
