THE PROPERTY IS NOT SECURE AND THE GROUNDS ARE NOT MAINTAINED. THIS IS A NUISANCE PROPERTY. DEFENDANT ERIC DUNHAM PLEAD RESPONSIBLE TO ALL SIX CHARGES AND WAS FINED 600.00. JUDGE KAGEN AUTHORIZED CITY OF TUCSON TO ABATE VIOLATIONS BY DEMOLISHMENT AND SCHEDULED A COMPLIANCE HEARING FOR 1-26-08 AT 2:30 PM. THE JUDGE ORDERED THE DEFENDANT TO BRING DOCUMENTS OF THE FORECLOSURE TO THE NEXT HEARING. THE CODE ENFORCEMENT DIVISION WILL START PROCESS TO DEMOLISH ALL STRUCTURES ON THE PROPERTY.
