INFORMATION PROVIDED BY MRS LONG STATED ALL TROUBLE TENANTS HAVE BEEN EVICTED, APPROX 6 UNITS ARE CURRENTLY VACANT. OWNER WALKED SITE WITH INSPECTOR. NO BROKEN WINDOWS WERE FOUND ON VACANT UNITS. ALL VACANT UNITS WERE FOUND TO BE SECURED. UNTIS 10 & 3 ARE USED FOR STORAGE OF MATERIALS. 3 BROKEN WINDOWS WERE FOUND THROUGHOUT COMPLEX. ELECTRICAL SYS. ALL ARE 60 AMP SERVICES, NO DOUBLE LUGGING PRESENT & ALL APPEAR TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION OTHER THAN NEEDING PAINTING. DID FIND EXTERIOR LIGHTING CIRCUITS APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN ADDED. SOME CONDUIT INSTALLED LACK REQUIRED WEATHER PROOF FITTING. PLASTIC BOX'S BEING USED FOR J-BOXES & AT NORTHWEST CORNER RECEPTACLE LACK WEATHER PROOF COVER. LAUNDRY ROOM CEILING LEAKING & HAS CAUSED PLYWOOD TO SPLINTER. INFORMED MRS LONG OF NOV TO BE ISSUED. ALSO SUGGEST TO CONTACT TPD TO REQUEST LIVE IN OFFICER AT A POSSIBLE REDUCED RATE AS WAS DONE WITH LOW INCOME HOUSING PROGRAM. PICTURES TAKEN.
