02/21/2008 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved Inspection revealed a barbed wire barrier on top of the wall. The barrier was slanted at a 45 degree angle into the porperty. The barbed wire is not a code violation. The wall appears to be inside the property lines. There are no line of sight problems for vehicular traffic and no obvious water drainage problems. There are some weeds in violation of the Tucson Code and a NOV will be issued for the weeds.
