ON 2/13/08 BETWEEN 5:45AM - 6AM, MAN BACKED UP HIS TRUCK, TURNED OFF LIGHT TO THE VACANT LOT, NEXT DOOR TO THE EAST OF 2919 E MISSOURI ST AND DUMPED A VERY LARGE LOAD OF BRUSH & PALM FRONDS. HE WAS DRIVING AN OLDER MODEL (80'S) OFF-WHITE EXTENDED FORD TRUCK. RES APPROACHED MAN AND ASKED HIM WHAT HE WAS DOING, SAID IT WAS HER PROPERTY, HE TOLD HER "OH WELL, I DIDN'T KNOW". AND HE TOOK OFF. HAS DONE THIS NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VACANT LOT DOES HAVE A PRIV ROLLOFF THERE WHICH HAS BEEN THERE FOR ABOUT A YEAR, PRIV COMPANY HAS FORGOTTEN TO PICK IT UP.
