Description:

2221 through 2225 n bell ave has constant problems with tenants not pulling containers back onto property after we provide service. Neighbor across the street, Ed Couret has called in numerous times to complain. We have placed container violation notices on property but this does not change matters, and he is tired of city not enforcing our own rules. Wants stronger measures to be taken.
