Someone placed a couch in the alley. there are homeless people now sleeping on the couch. she went out to dispose of garbage and saw them passing among each other some kind of glass pipe. thinks it's a crack pipe. states this is very dangerous for neighbors. wants us to clean up the alley and remove homeless people and the couch.
