12/27/2007 INSP - SELF INSPECTION PROGRAM TSISTERM Approved December 26, 2007 EKO Market 1801 S. Alvernon Way Suite 108 Tucson, Az 85711-5692 Dear Sir or Madam, On 12-26-07, a fire prevention inspection was conducted at 1801 S. Alvernon Way Suite 108. The following Tucson Fire Code Violations were noted: 1). Extension cords are being used as permanent wiring. This is a violation of IFC 605.5: 605.5 Extension cords. Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be a substitute for permanent wiring. Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be affixed to structures, extended through walls, ceilings or floors, or under doors or floor coverings, nor shall such cords be subject to environmental damage or physical impact. Extension cords shall be used only with portable appliances. Please replace extension cords with approved wiring. This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 1-10-07. A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance.
