Danbury Dr. Phoenix, AZ 85023 RE: Pre-Citation Letter On 5-2-07, a fire prevention inspection was conducted 3202 E. 22nd St. in Tucson, AZ. On 5-30-07, a re-inspection was conducted and the following International Fire Code 2006 violation was noted: 1). Approximately 400 cubic feet of combustible material which was creating an unnecessary fire hazard in the back yard. This is a violation of IFC 304.1, 304.2: 304.1 Waste accumulation prohibited. Combustible waste material creating a fire hazard shall not be allowed to accumulate in buildings or structures or upon premises. 304.2 Storage. Storage of combustible rubbish shall not produce conditions that will create a nuisance or a hazard to the public health, safety or welfare. At that time Laurie Small was issued a pre-citation letter and the violations were abated. On 11-14-07, a fire prevention inspection was again conducted 3202 E. 22nd St. in Tucson, AZ and the following International Fire Code 2006 violation was noted: 1). Large amounts of combustible material is accumulated in the back yard, front yard, and side yard. Materials are piled up against the fence and the house. This is creating an unnecessary fire hazard. This is a violation of IFC 304.1, 304.2: 304.1 Waste accumulation prohibited. Combustible waste material creating a fire hazard shall not be allowed to accumulate in buildings or structures or upon premises. 304.2 Storage. Storage of combustible rubbish shall not produce conditions that will create a nuisance or a hazard to the public health, safety or welfare. At the time of the inspection it was found that Laurie Small no longer resides at the address. The owner of the property will now be held responsible for the abatement of these violations. Please remove all combustible materials accumulated at this residence. This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 11-28-07.
