The attendant's primary function shall be to supervise, observe and control the dispensing of fuel. The attendant shall control sources of ignition, give immediate attention to accidental spills or releases, and be prepared to use fire extinguishers. 2701.3.3.15 Emergency plan. A written emergency plan shall be developed to ensure that proper actions are taken in the event of an emergency, and the plan shall be followed if an emergency condition occurs. The process of developing and updating the plan shall involve the participation of affected employees. ยท A written emergency plan must be developed and all employees properly how to respond to the emergency.
