09/18/2007 INSP - FULL SHIGGINB Approved THIS WAS A CALL FROM EN04 A-SHIFT THAT STATES; RE: ALM # 56565 EN04 dispatched to AZSDB for F/A at 1200 W. Speedway. Apparently they have been having trouble with this alarm for past 3 weeks and have been unable to fix it. I spoke with the facilities supervisor who states they have parts on order. FIREWATCH ORDERED 9-17-07.
