IFC 701.3 3). 1st floor: Remove all boxes in exit way in business hallway and elevator room. IFC 1028.3 4). Repair pull station. Exit hallway. IFC 901.6 5). Remove extension cords used as permanent wiring in the following areas: laundry room, Breakroom, galley area Ice, Javelina cantina ice cream area, IFC 605.5 6). Ceiling tiles shall be replaced and (or) repaired in the following areas: Jr Kitchen area, steward office, front desk, bell station, breakroom IFC 701.3 7). Currently many portables fire extinguishers are out of date (year service) and or not mounted. All extinguishers shall have yearly service completed. These extinguishers are at, but limited to: behind front desk(3), accounting, outside kitchen, sales. 8). Label exterior automatic fire sprinkler connection. AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER IFC 912.4 9). Repair out let in galley area. IFC 605. 10). Remove table from exit on south side, Javelina Cantina. IFC 1026. 11). Remove brush and trees from around sprinkler outside connection. IFC 901.6 12). Occupant load shall be posted for all rooms 50 occupants or more. This includes, Banquet rooms. IFC 1004.3 This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 10-16-07 |
