08/14/2007 INSP - LIFE SAFETY RHEATH Approved Visited facility to discover a chain wrapped around the painc bar on the exit door- the door was not chained close at the time. I issued a field inspection report stating they are in violation if the door is chained closed. The manager stated that they will not use the chain to secure the door. I will do spot checks to confirm compliance.
